The policy for cancellations allows for a full refund if you cancel your experience at least 24 hours before it begins. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, you will not receive a refund. Any modifications made within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted. The deadline for cancellations is based on the local time of the experience.
